Privacy notice
What we collect
When you book, we collect your name, phone/WhatsApp number, and anything you choose to add: email address, Instagram handle, occasion, location and notes. The contact form collects your name, message and the email or phone you give us.
How we use it
Only to manage your appointment and reply to you: confirming, rescheduling or cancelling bookings, sending booking emails if you gave an email address, and contacting you on WhatsApp or by phone about your booking.
Who can see it
Studio staff signed in to the booking dashboard. If email notifications are enabled, booking emails are delivered through our email provider. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.
Payments
This website does not take payments and never asks for card or Mobile Money details.
Security
To stop abuse, the website briefly uses your network (IP) address to limit repeated form submissions and sign-in attempts. Attempts are counted against a one-way code made from the address, never the address itself, and old counts are cleared automatically.
Visitor statistics
We count page visits with Vercel Web Analytics to see which pages are useful. It sets no cookies and doesn't identify you. Private booking links are removed before anything is counted, and the studio dashboard is never counted.
Cookies
The public website doesn't use tracking cookies. Two essential cookies are used only by studio staff: one keeps them signed in to the dashboard, the other remembers a device that has signed in before so sign-in limits don't lock the studio out.
Your choices
You can view, reschedule or cancel your booking from your private booking link. To ask for your details to be corrected or deleted, contact the studio.
